Event hours: 10 am to 5 pm Saturday Nov 26 and Sunday Nov 27
(On Saturday the city will be setting up for the holiday parade, so vehicular traffic will not be allowed after 4 pm Nov 27, until the parade ends and barricades are cleared, and entrance/exit after 4 pm is only through the parking lot at the north side of the park)
